Mission Statement:

To achieve this by building trusting relationships through shared positive experiences that enable the children to recover together with us from previous adversity and flourish”. . 

Fairview House will be the home of up to four children who will all have double bedrooms and benefit from an open plan spacious living space that has been thoughtfully designed to encourage a homely environment, communal meals and activities, learning and development. Fairview House aims to create an environment where the children feel most importantly safe, loved, happy and cared for at all times through focussing on relational health and creating an environment that allows each child to thrive.

Hiya, I am Charlie the Manager here at Fairview. I want you to feel relaxed, safe, and happy here and will ensure we do all we can to support this. I look forward to welcoming you to the home and watching you grow, make friendships, and reach your full potential.

Working for C&S has really built my confidence, enabling me to recognise my ability and work towards fulfilling my potential. Since being a part of the company I have progressed to senior level and actually feel like a valued part of something worthwhile.
