Mission Statement:

“To create high quality environments with outstanding levels of care that allow children, young people and the people supporting them to feel safe, nurtured, loved and cared for.

To achieve this by building trusting relationships through shared positive experiences that enable the children to recover together with us from previous adversity and flourish”. . 

At Greenslades we support young people between the ages of sixteen and above who need an opportunity to work towards independence in a homely warm environment. Greenslades will be home to up to a maximum of two young people who will both have double bedrooms and benefit from a high quality living environment. The home has been thoughtfully designed to encourage a homely environment and the learning and development of independence skills and hobbies. Greenslades aims to create an environment where young people feel most importantly safe, loved, happy and cared for at all times through focussing on relational health and creating an environment that allows each young person to grow towards being a resilient and well rounded adult.
