Meet the Manager
Hello I am Lauren and I am really pleased to say that I am the Manager at Radmore House in Exeter. I am a firm believer that making time for people and always having an open door policy, is a key element to lifting young peoples spirit and making them feel valued. It provides a great foundation to begin supporting them to promote independence as well as encouraging their full potential . I love waking up every day to go to work because I find my job incredibly rewarding, and I love how every day is different. The best part of my job is meeting you - and I can't wait to welcome you to Radmore House!
Lauren - Supported Living Manager
Radmore House offers young people the opportunity to live in their own self contained apartment. This is available to young people between the ages of sixteen to twenty five who need an opportunity to build their independence in a homely warm and stable environment with support from our highly experienced team individualised to the young person’s needs.
